Reimbursements now stay connected to invoices and job costs

What is new

Expense reimbursements can move from job cost evidence into a customer invoice without being counted twice. Prumo keeps the source expense, invoice line, payment attempt, and reconciliation state connected.

Why it matters

Contractors can see what was committed, what was paid, and what is still owed without rebuilding the history in a spreadsheet. Ambiguous provider outcomes are quarantined for review instead of being retried blindly.
