Terms of Service

Prumo provides software tools for contractor operations, including CRM workflows, quotes, jobs, documents, payments, automations, and integrations.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, inviting only authorized users, and ensuring the information you enter into Prumo is accurate and lawful.

You may not use Prumo to violate laws, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive communications, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, or misuse third-party integrations.

You are responsible for the content, files, contacts, messages, and business records you or your users create, upload, send, or store in Prumo.

If you connect Google Workspace Gmail, you authorize Prumo to send emails through the connected mailbox for platform workflows initiated by authorized users.

You can disconnect Gmail from the integrations settings. After disconnection, Prumo will stop using that Gmail connection and may use the configured fallback email delivery provider where applicable.

Prumo may integrate with third-party services such as Google, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and other providers. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and account requirements.

Prumo is not responsible for outages, policy decisions, or data handling practices of third-party services outside our control.

Paid plans, trials, billing periods, fees, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are presented in the product or checkout flow. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We work to keep Prumo reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page.

Prumo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular business need.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prumo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
