Privacy Policy
Prumo is an operations platform for contractors and service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users and workspace administrators.
Information We Collect
Account and profile information, including name, email address, company name, role, and authentication details.
Company and customer information entered into Prumo, including clients, subcontractors, requests, quotes, jobs, invoices, documents, and communications.
Integration data needed to operate connected services. For Google Workspace Gmail, this includes the connected email address and OAuth tokens needed to send messages that an authorized Prumo user initiates from the platform.
Usage, device, log, and diagnostic information used to secure, maintain, and improve Prumo.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide Prumo, authenticate users, manage contractor workflows, generate and send operational documents, deliver customer communications, process payments, support users, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
When a user connects Google Workspace Gmail, Prumo uses Google access only to send emails through the connected mailbox and to identify the connected account. Prumo does not use Gmail access to read a user's inbox, scan email content for advertising, or build advertising profiles.
Google User Data
Prumo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing Prumo features that the user has requested, such as sending platform emails through a connected Gmail account.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not allow humans to read Google user data except when needed for security, legal compliance, user-requested support, or with the user's explicit permission.
Sharing Information
We share information with service providers that help operate Prumo, such as hosting, database, email delivery, payment, analytics, and customer support providers.
We may share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell personal information.
Security and Retention
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Prumo, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records. OAuth tokens are retained only while the integration remains connected or as otherwise required for security and legal purposes.
Your Choices
Workspace administrators can disconnect integrations, update company settings, and request deletion of company information subject to legal and operational requirements.
Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us.
